Macramé: Out: napes, not yet

Every fashion of a bygone era is a matter of concern for the next generation. In a new time era, the youngster always wants to create their own signature fashion. They always inspired by the fashion of the past with some new creativity of the present. Macramé was a fashion trend of the 70's when it was broadly used in every genre whether it's a fashion jewelry or home décor. After some gap, it has again inspired the youth with its uniqueness.

Macramé is a style of weaving by using several knots of different yarn or fabric. The Victorian Era was the golden period of macrame jewelry. In 70's, it was one of the most popular styles of ornamentation but afterwards it got out of fashion. It is a fact that what once in style, will come back again. In the last few years, it again started gaining attention with some lovely bracelets and rings designed with white or black diamonds and some gemstones.
 Macrame Jewelry

Brilliantly engraved with precious or semi precious gems, macramé jewelry gives a Diva look to any wearer. Macramé jewelries are one of the few that men can also wear. They look astonishing with an array of outfits. Macramé jewelries are at it best as a bracelet. Nowadays, macramé slave bracelets are very popular among the youngster as they want to look just stylish. Shamballa bracelets are also a unique one which can make a powerful style statement because of its stunning beauty and bohemian vibe.

The black thread macramé bracelets are very commonly used over worldwide, but the macramé jewelry of colored thread is also making its wave. Single layered knotted threads of bracelets are the obvious pattern but two or three layered threads are also used to give an exclusive look to this jewelry.  Double layered bracelets are beautifully intertwined with diamonds and gemstones like Ruby, Sapphire or Black Onyx to give it an exclusive look. Cameos and designer good luck charms are other favorites to look trendy with these fashion jewelries.

Although macramé jewelries are enduring, but they need a little concern and care. The most important concern about this jewelry is that the gemstones or the diamonds are whether tightly packed or not with the macramé. These beads or gemstones are knotted with some extra care to ensure the secure setting of gems and diamonds. This is the reason that why they are popular not only among the youngster or teenager, but also among the aged person and celebrities also.

In my opinion, fashion never dies; it only changes with the times to give a brand new look for the current fashion scenario. I think we can say that macramé is not out of the fashion rather it is the unexpected comeback of macramé jewelry.
